[REQ] External camera and the cascading water effect.

This has been talked about in the past, don't think anything was done as far as a mod though, not sure if it is possible:hmm:

As far as the effect itself, some like it, some don't. I personally like it.

But it is all personal choice right Perhaps somebody else can shed some light on this.
