Your DRAM is rated upto 3200 yet your processor is running @ 3400!

I imaging that the 11x200 the FSB speed and multiplier.
If so that is very slow. with PC3200 DRAM you should be able to get that upto 400.
and then reduce the multipler to approx 5. This should give a procesor clock of 3200.

Your machine should seem faster, more stable and hopefully SH3 will ident the processor correctly.
