[REQ] Old sub screen?

Would it be possible to restore the old sub upgrade screen from SH3? I rather liked having actual data on the upgrades and my sub instead of trying to guess what the difference is between the different subs and the tidbit historical info on each upgrade's use and effect in reality.

I dunno why they changed that much and hide all that info instead of just keeping the old screen but it would be great if that could be somehow modded back in to look like the old one but with the updated color scheme and what not.
