Newbie with Questions regarding config files...

Hello there. I'm Amerigo Vespucci, and I'm new to this place. I've got to say that I love what you've done with the decor.

But I've got a few questions that might be answerable by someone with a bit more experience at modding (read: everyone). Forex, in order to change the maximum speed of a vessel, what other things do I need to modify besides the .cfg file of the vessel in question?

As a second question, how would I go about altering the hitpoints of a submarine?
