Silent Hunter 4 patch v1.3: Where? When? What?

A patch is obviously needed - There hasn't been anything this buggy in release since... uhh well - any Madden for the PC. But, um. You don't want to be compared with EA do you, Ubi? First time buyer (though I did play Wolfpack series back in the day - so not COMPLETELY a noob when it comes to subsims <but I am close

Why would you want to alienate someone making the switch back to subsims? Justify my purchase, or refund my money. Or just take my money once, cause you'll never get it again.
