[TEC] The magic weather control key

Hi everybody.

I'm using the keyboard function mod, which maps Control-N to "nearest sound contact", and I think I found something really odd.

Every time I use that command while looking outside, the weather changes. To be more precise, it changes to partial clouds, no fog, no rain, 4 m/s wind speed. One moment there are no clouds, the next they are there

Am I the only seeing this? I think it's some kind of developer backdoor, but it sure will help with those month-long storms.
