Need some help PLEASE!!!!!

Well I have the game re-installed with the 1.2 patch only seems to run fine..I need some help I'm dealing with four Yorki Terrier rescue places around the country and the Police dept here(no trouble)..I just dont have time to read all of the post's,could a couple of you please help me and list all of the 1,2 compatible mod's.I know its a lot to ask but I would be very gratefull for the help thank you..
