A great but maddining game

I love this game but cant get it to run on my machine. I contaced securom and they said the game should run but it crashes to the desktop after a few minutes no matter what I do. I love this game but find it totally maddening to try to play. Anybody with any help would be appreciated? Thanks to all like me that love this game. Ive been playing since Silent Service all those years ago.

My machine: Dell Demension 4600 2.6 ghz

2 gh ram
Nivida 6600 Graphics Card
