Green Buttons

I've noticed on the videos that some of the command buttons in the lower left are green.

Mine are just yellow (or grey if unavailable). Dim yellow, and turn bright yellow when selected, like when going to general quarters, open fire with the deck gun, raise scope, etc.

Is the green a mod?

It's not too difficult to tell between the brightness, but a green button sure would stand out a lot more if you forgot that your crew were still at general quarters
