[TEC] Neutral countries how to add

Ok you can add more countries to the game by simply adding them into the roster

make a folder {name of country say *Brasil} you want to add...then copy the SEA folder from some other country...simple

the countries that already exist in the game...that you dont have to add FLAG files for are...

use names below

Brasil
South Africa
Poland
Norway
Sweden
Greece
Romania

} should look like this{


now after you copy the files from one country make sure you delete the stuff in the file you dont want....like Russia's battleships....

now you have more countries
