Thailand and Manchuko?

Where are these two nations?
Thailand should be there allright, and Manchuko had a seperate Flag, and even a miniscule "Navy"
Only problem would be wether Thailand would be neutral or enemy, as they were officially not at war with the US (but at war with Britain AFAIK).
How where thai vessels treated by the USN?
The Thais had a WW1 destroyer from the Brits and serveral italian build torpedo boats, plus some japanese build coast defence vessels and sloops (some of them preserved until today).
