In February it emerged that a flurry of motorists had experienced their electrics cutting out as they drove past a dome at Trimingham in Norfolk.
At the time, the MoD said they were not the cause of the incidents. But now an MoD spokeswoman said that an inquiry had revealed that a Type 93 radar spinning inside the dome had been "out of alignment" and the fault was down to "unserviceable phase shifters" Give me a break... We use radars near airports, if they were that dodgy we would have aircraft falling over london. http://news.uk.msn.com/Article.aspx?...mentid=1206972 |
