Default Thanks SH3 and All Modders

I have been playing this game since its release and the thousands of hours of enjoyment and hundreds of patrols, I got to say I still cannot get enough of this game.

I play with GW mod and SH3 commander of course and on 94% realism (Just use weapons officer assistance). I still stop time compression to see sunrises and sunsets or to just stand on my deck in a storm screaming at the top of my lungs until my wife comes in my office and tells me to STFU! I have the actual moon phase charts that the german navy had from 39 to 45 and am amazed at how acurate the game is with moonphases on the correct dates and never plan attacks when there is a full moon, I also have surise and sunset charts from 39 to 45 that I use to plan my attacks at dusk or dawn.

At times I have been in my control room for 3 hours real time while the tommies are sh*tting all over me. When transitting to or from patrol areas I pull out a book and read while the sound of my engines relaxes me. I have come to enjoy the period music on my gramaphone that I allow my radioman to play when not in enemy waters.

I also have a red light on my desk to enhance my experience.

Thank you to all of you modders that have made this such a beautifull and realistic experience for me, not just you great team at GW but all the other modders as well that have added little touches such as Fubars uniform mod, the new 3D waves mod, oh la la mod and many many more, you guys put in so much effort for nothing and I feel guilty getting my enjoyment from all your hard work, you guys rock

Now its friday and U-53 will be putting out to sea for patrol 5 for the entire weekend and my newly trained engineer was hospitalized after a drunken car accident leaving me with no engineer, I hope this is not a sign of things to come
