Here's 2 screenshots of water density set at 19 by SH3 Commander. 1st shot was taken at 04:53 July 17,'43 ingame at 120 meters.
 Second was taken same day at 05:30 at appx 20 meters. Coming up after being hunted by 2 Corvettes to sink a crippled Liberty Cargo ship.  These will give an idea of what JS is saying.
