When to buy a new boat?

yeah i agree...i think the buying part works great. If you are a famous u-bout commander you can ask for a new boat or new toys. Now you have used your fame to get that new IXC, but if you want some more stuff you better go out and sink some more boats. Renown is like what is owed to you for your fame. It's like asking a favor. Once you use your favor you gotta build it up again to get another
