Can't find nav map chart of dist. travelled in knts/ph

I remember someone creating a thread where they talked about odd charts on their navigation map that described distance travelled per hour at a certain speed. Someone then told me it was included in GW and on my nav map but I can't find it. Am I missing something? AM I AN IDIOT? Is there something different I have to install? Cause this chart would be invaluable for shadowing a convoy or intercepting a merchant ship.
