French Nuclear submarine docks in Halifax
First time I believe for a long time that a French boat has come alongside in a Canadian port.
It wouldn't surprise me if they were going to try under ice operations and take onboard Canadian VIPs to demonstrate her. I caution however that Canada isn't looking for a SSN capability but nether the less Naval Group have been approached by the Canadian DND to take part in a competition for new SSKs, so what better way to show off a product than to sail it into port. https://www.ctvnews.ca/atlantic/nova...iting-halifax/
