Random Destroyer following at constant distance

Hello, I use the WoS mod. I had a random lone british destroyer that appeared at around 10km. It was around the western approach.
He just stay around 9km for age, and if I surface and flank toward him he just try to maintain 9km distance...
After hours I finally managed to engage him at long range with my deck gun ... ^^
It took him 5 minutes to finally turn toward me and engage... I just quit the game at that moment, bugged like hell...
Anyone knows where this bug come from ?
