Default "Crime Tourism" Group Busted IN L.A.

Much has been made of illegals crossing the border to commit crimes in the US; however, the most serious sorts of crime involving retail theft and residential burglaries are being committed by well-organized gangs from outside the US who enter our country on tourist visas (hence, the term "crime tourism", commit their crimes and then return to wherever they came from thus avoiding possible detection by the authorities; this has been going on for quite a while and the blame for their activities has usually been placed on the homeless and the other border-crossing illegals, but the authorities have recently been effective in tracing just who is responsible; today it seem the 'good guys' scored a win...

Now, if the authorities could just apply the same efforts/attention to the organized home-grown gangs and group also plaguing retail businesses and residential homeowners, maybe we'd have something...
