Anyway, Fall is coming to the Northern Hemisphere and its time to start thinking about something besides the grill.

Cajun spices are good but sometimes you really need to find some Soul Food spices (aka: The I-tis) for your greens.

"Beef Bacon" sounds a lot like Tallow and sometimes nothing can replace Bacon like Bacon.

I need to find a good recipe for Hush Puppies.
