One still needs a good Hex Editor to pull it all off. I suggest 010 as I probably have a bunch of scripts that will do the different stuff. Or could write some really fast! I doubt anyone knows the animation formats as well as I do. Aside from the original Dev's. And I'd bet they'd be amazed at what I figured out and can do!
