Officer speech not working after pressing command

Hi there, i'm having issues with my watch officer when selecting spot nearest vessel not saying the command out in German, the command works (I get the distance and bearing readout with message) but no speech. Same thing with my weapon officer when I select him to identify or ask for torpedo data information, the command works but no speech with it. I wonder if this is a glitch and if others have experienced that and would know what the cause would be?

I'm on fresh install of latest Onealex compilation mod 1.51 and with new career playing as VIIB as 7th flotilla Sept 40'. If anyone has knowledge on this bug/glitch that takes the speech away then let me know. First time i've noticed this happening and Alex said he never touched any of the sound files for speech or commands. I read something up on this article that may be the cause and i do change TC values but haven't had issues with the voices until now and i've always changed the TC values before with no issues - https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...d.php?t=147553
