Wierd values in NYGM tonnage war

I was using TTs tweak tool and discovered to my dismay that the values in many tweak files are very different in NYGM Tonnage war 2.01.

While doing a dive test, I found that a type VIIC could dive 150m below its crush depth and only very slowly, take hull integrity damage. Went to the tweak file, and discovered that the Crash speeds were altered to the values of 0.02 instead of 2 which is in vanilla version and RuB.

Also checked AI sensor file, and discovered that all sensor values are on the order 3.857E-14???

Is this by design, or did I dowload a corrupted copy of NYGM Tonnage war??
