It's 9/1939 and I scored a hit on the norwegian loner by mistake (night attack). I'm now on the surface, considering what should I do? I'm using NYGM 2.01 now and even I read through the manual, I didn't find detailed info what is my punishment for the sinking the neutral (if it would go down). Info availible? -RC-
