Installation of KSD II

Before I start on the installation of KSD II could some kind person tell me what other MODS I need to download other than the one below please ?
I just want to ensure I have all that's needed!

KSD II Adversaries GE.exe
KSDII New Interface 1.4.1-Map Wolfpack.rar
KSDII New Interface 1.4.1 by Vivens Somnium.rar
Wolfpack 2.3 MODS.rar
Patch WP 2.3 v1.0.rar
KSDII+Wolfpack 2.3 Full English Translation by Niume.rar
KSDII+Wolpack Translation Patch 1.1 .rar

Also what order should I install the above?
