Icon1 Realistic Fatigue values

Hi yall, ive played vanilla SH3 for roughly 3 weeks now and the fatigue system is exhausting me. Ive seen the posts where everyone basically says to turn off fatigue but i personally like the system and i think that if implemented correctly would be great. Ive also seen the SH3 Commander mod and am disappointed by the lack of options as it doesnt feel very realistic either. I was hoping a die-hard sim fan has figured out the coef values enough to help me adjust the fatigue to something more realistic than every 4 hours, 1 hour in bad weather and like 15 minutes in combat underwater. Ideally i would like to have something like 10 hours for standard sailing, a 2/3 modifier for at depth, and 1/2 modifier for in combat. Even just a break-down of what factors are what would be of tremendous help
