Rotating antenna not working

So there seems to be a problem with my round antenna on the bridge.
After installing the latest Mods it wont work. (Maybe it isnt related to it - but i dont recieve any radio transmissions whatsoever)
I am using GWX and this JSGME-modlist:
GWX 16km
GWX alternative Flotillas
GWX Lite HArbor traffic
GWX Open Hatch Mod
Rbs1_SH4_Effects_30_71
TKSS18 German U-Boats
Supplement to V16B1

I dont have a clue, what the cause of this may be.
It appears that all those 4 lower buttons on the right hand side wont work, or appear to serve no function.
