So let me get this correct; in other words you tried play like this:

Sh3 v1.4b + GW1.0 + GW1.1 + GW-UA1.13

Then yes! That's the problem! That's why, you get CTD!
You need to play like this:

Sh3 v1.4b + GW1.0 + GW-UA1.1 + GW-UA1.13

Someone else has hosted GW-UA1.1, then try get it there! I think, it's Snakech
It's a huge dl however, more than 1.2 Gb
Your spec looks fine, about the same as my desktop!

I installed fresh SH3 then 1.4 update
Then enabled GW v1.0 thru JSGME
Then enabled your UA1.1 then your 1.13
