 Yes, there are tons of mods for SH3, single ones for certain desires and the phantastic mod collections which can be installed all-in-one like the Grey Wolves Supermod GWX 3 and 3 gold, or Living Silent Hunter LSH3, and lots of others. And they are all free to download - some certainly big megabyte-wise. Whatever you install you should download and install the free JSGME mod enabler before any mods, so you can add or withdraw certain mods without having to de- and reinstall the sim itself.
