this will add a better borei to the game with adjusted stats and weapons
more torpedo tubes as its front was basically a akula I so 10 to 8 torpedo tubes not counting the 4 decoy launchers might use vls for those redone textures and combined model mesh.

ive all so done the new SS-N-27 (Sizzler) ASW missile this is the newer replacement for the SS-N-15 (Starfish) & SS-N-16 (Stallion)

a new Damage control has been made to better reflect the new look.
