Age of Sail II

I accidentally deleted my Age of Sail II game file and I am trying to re-install it.
When I do I get an error message saying the game is already installed please delete it to reinstall
I have searched the entire system and find no trace of this game on it
Asus 64 bit laptop Nvidia GEFORCE GTX windows 10
I dearly would love this game back
I have the original game
I have found a Polish version of this game and it installs runs just fine - in Polish - I have deleted this now
Any help please
