[REL] Reworked Hipper class heavy cruisers

Hi everyone!

I'd like to share with you this new mod, a total revision for Hipper class cruisers:



Based on GWX Development Team's Hipper cruiser, 3d model updated using SHV parts and a lot of details (oblos, stairs, cables, lifeboats, glass windows\interiors...).
Eqp file created by me with SHV guns, torpedoes launchers and working radars and rangefinders, also improved by Stefan Thimme.
Reworked .zon and .eqp files, in order to improve realism, with great help by Stefan Thimme!

Different camo schemes for every ship included.
Also, guns configurations during war, ship by ship, implemented
