Bought this game recently and I am enjoying it very much! I am a retired sailor(Airdale), but I had 688 attack sub on SEGA Genesis way back when. I spent many hours on that, and I enjoyed it too!

I had been watching some YouTube videos on Silent Hunter. I MAY get that one as well. That is how I discovered Cold Waters and SubSim.

I DO have a question. I have the latest version, do I NEED any of the mods here? At times, it seems the game is too easy. Even though I am about 50/50 on my kill/be killed ratio...But I am REALLY liking it none the less.

Thanks in advance, I might go watch Hunt for Red October tonight...
