The Treaty of Versailles

This is a thread devoted to the Treaty of Versailles, which officially ended the First World War. I decided to keep it separate from the '100 Years' thread and the 'World War One' thread so it can be available for discussion by everyone who desires to comment on it.

The thread will be locked until I've transcribed the entire text of the Treaty, which I hope won't take more than a couple of days.

[edit] Well, it has taken a lot longer than I expected, but it's open now.
