Where to find Harpoon 3 ANW database editors?

Hi there,

probably this question is asked before. However, a quick formum search did not bring me further.

I installed Harpoon 3 ANW after a decade to play it again. However, I recognized that the database editor available to me only works up to version 3.8 and refuses to edit databases of the current versions of the game like V. 3.94.

I found links on subsim.com to Reimer's database editor

However, these links are vacated.

Has anyone any idea how I can get an updated database editor?
