Wolves of Steel not available

Hi

Recent member of this group and I like the sound of the Wolves of Steel Mod for SH5. However, when I try to download it I'm taken to a page that says I can't - it's not available for 1 of 3 reasons.

DL restricted to Navy members; disabled due to spammers; I have a duplicate account.

Is anyone else experiencing problems? I don't think I'm in the last category so any help would be appreciated
