Journal issues.

Iv had twos running for about 2 and a half weeks and iv been noticing when I save the journal to the file I created when I first started my career. That it dosnt seem to save and just sits at the screen with prompt, there's no ctd but I am un able to alt tab out leading me to have to power down the computer. Then upon reload I get the message from ubi thst I have to reload last save from the cloud. And when I go to load the journal it loads quickly but not with all the info. Ergo nav fixes or super marks or damage marks. And sometimes it loads them all. Mind you i haven't messed with the ksd commander. So if that's the problem are there any tips one may have?
