Consolidated List of Mods and What Each Dors?

I've seen various threads and signatures showing lists of installed mods, but is there a consolidated list of mods and what they do?

As an example of why this would be useful: determining how/why you could combine GWX Late War Sensors, Anvart's FM30_UpDown, and the Radar Fix from Stiebler's mod. And how they would be applied with MaGUI or Ahnenerbe's, Aces Turms V6, or the more recent uboat mods by Wise.
