Getting the crew to fire at a ship

Even placing shots in heavy trough waves

No chance of this with SH5, unless it is relatively calm the deck gun crew are off to change their socks.
This is a big downside with SH5 compared to SH3 and 4 where you have a bit more leniency.
This also happens with the Flak gunner as well in SH5 as he will not appear and you cannot defend yourself.
Moving the Flak gun from the deck position to the Wintergarden should allow the Flak gunner to man the gun in more severe weather conditions IMO.
