What GPU card do you have? If it's NVidia, then...
Go in Nvidia Panel and set the scaling options to "Fullscreen" at "Display" or "GPU". Also take the SH5 icon, right-click > Properties > Compatibility > Check the box 'Run as Admin'. Still the game takes a lot of time to load if you use TWoS, the screen can turn black, just wait until you are in your sub WITHOUT moving the mouse.
