SH5 with TWOS, food crates / salami, ham, ...

Hi,

I installed SH5 from Uplay, installed TWoS with vdr1981's additional mods, patched everything with Generic Patcher, made the last steps he asked for.
I read a lot and started the game successfully as an administrator in Windows 7 mode. My machine is quite high end with a Ryzen 5 1600x. 16 GB RAM, nVidia GTX 1800, Win10 64Bit. Some things are still confusing:
Do I have to do anything else - like the "fix we were all waiting for"?

Start via KSD Commander
LSH3 I used to start with Commander (afaik because it was highly recommended for the safe game) - here is the same?

Food mess - which is decreasing during the patrol
I miss the food crates standing everywhere, Salamis and ham hanging like when I started a patrol in SH3 (LSH3 / CCoM) - is there a special mod available for SH5, too, - or is this already part of stock SH5 / TWoS?
