Hailing from the wonderfully cold North Pole.
I am looking forward to diving into the warm waters of the deep. I played Silent Service on the pc many years ago and am desirous of returning. I have noticed that there are no new WWII sub games. Such a shame. And to head off any suggestions that I get my Elves to build one...that would take time away from baking cookies so that is a no.
I have heard that Silent Hunter IV is about as good as it gets. I have Windows 10, and hear that this game will load. I also see that there is a Gold edition and also that some have a keyboard layout. I seem to remember one also. I think that it would be a needed asset. I'm old and forget sometimes.
Anyway, Howdy and if you might be inclined to offer some much needed pointers I promise I will be a slow learner!
