Make sure your game installation has been updated to version v1.2
Post #5 Update SH5 From v1.0.5.0 To v1.2.0 Immediately After Installing

Uninstall the Ubisoft Game launcher from the Comtrol Panels Prograqm and Features.
Run a registry cleaner.

Reboot your system.

Install new game launcher from here.

You can install it on C:\Ubisoft for example.
