Jane's 688 I 1.0 running fine...NOT patching up though, help!

Hi everyone,

So, I recently got a new, old copy of Jane's 688 I.

It installed on my Win 10 machine fine on version 1.0

However for myself and at least one other, It will not patch up to 1.07!

It's missing 4 .dll files and I already downloaded the 4 missing files from the .dll file pack to no success. Here are the missing files:
RWL21
MSS32
CDRVDL32
CDRVHF32

It gets even stranger:
The 4 .dll's are showing in my 688 I folder!

Can anyone please assist me with these 4 .dll files?
