How to re-enable 'recent visitors'?

Yesterday I pressed the icon called: "Group Memberships", it collapsed to a black area extension like the black on the bar and won't come back. I came back today to see if it came back but it's still the same.

The collapse icon has no way to un-collapse that I can find. If I cared, I might pick another 'theme' and un-collapse it, then return to SmartDark.

I don't spend a lot of time in my CP - it is rare that I ever go there so this is of minor importance to me, however you're right, it's broken.
