WHICH EMAIL TO USE?

I have been using yahoo email for years but now every 3 weeks the lock my account and demand I change passwords because "they" (not my account) got hack 3 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

googles gmail doesn't seam to be any better they yahoo with all the ads and BS and most websites block gmail address so im not wanting to use them either

anywho, im just wanting a simple basic email to use and figured I would ask you guys what are the best ones out there to use that are trouble free, fairly secure, don't spam me with ads, and has been reliable for you?

im in the USA if that matters, thanks for your help
