Hoping all is well for you all.

I have reengaged with 'Subsim' after a 11 year hiatus due to various reasons. I was always interested in every aspect of military history, technology etc probably because I grew up as a military brat. My interest in U-Boats became about when I was 11-12 years of age and saw 'Das Boot' on TV back in '88-'89. I must admit I teared up at the end of the movie. My first sub game was an old arcade game, can't recall what it was back in '91, than AOD (also abit of Attack Sub 688, didn't like it much, like career modes in any game, rather than just missions.) back in the MSDOS days. In '05 I got SH3 and learnt about mods etc due to this BRILL site. Now finally I am back in the waters and playing GWX SH3. Anyhow enough of my dribble, hoping I haven't bored ya too much!
