I'd organised with Skweetis a while ago that at some point we'd integrate SH3Weather into SH3Cmdr. Unfortunately, Skweetis appears to have gone AWOL.
As a compromise, I am thinking of adding one line of code to SH3Cmdr that will look for the presence of SH3Weather in the SH3 folder (where SH3Weather needs to be installed). If it finds it, it runs it as the last thing prior to loading SH3. The benefit is that you no longer need to run both apps separately. The negative (perhaps), is that you'll have a few extra mouse clicks after pressing the "Launch SH3!" button. Of course, if you don't use SH3Weather, you won't be impacted. So, I am curious what SH3Cmdr/SH3Weather users think of this? BTW, if you have no idea what I am talking about, read http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopi...991&highlight= |
