Steam generator blowdown and PCST are nuc things. TMI for the most part.

Hydrogren overboard dump. Okay, we make our own oxygen underway. You do that by splitting Hydrogen and Oxygen (aka. h20, also known as water, something you have LOTS of access to). When you do that, you let the oxygen inboard and you have to do SOMETHING with all that hydrogen. You let it go right over the side (so to speak).
