Stucked dial gauges in my IXB command room

Hi all,

FIRST:

I know this problem has already been raised and fixed:

In my IXB sub, all dial gauges in the command room do not work; they are all pointing upwards.

I have this mod installed:

* MoD : CA's UBoat Instrument Patch V1.0
* Game: SILENT HUNTER III v1.4b
* By : Captain America
* Date: March 2, 2006

... In Career mode with no SH3Cmdr:

i would like to add more fuel in my IXB: i patrolled grid GR82 (Cape Town) and heading back home, i realized that the odds to make it to Brest are low.

Which file must be tweaked ? I looked into the Carreer folder in \My Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\,

but only found code and log files,... things like that
